Instructions - Tonsillitis (Strep A)
Before performing your test:
Thoroughly wash your hands
Read the instructions carefully
Ensure that everything below is included
1. Remove the swab from the packaging (A)
2. Add 4 drops (Reagent Buffer A) (B) into the large container "Sample Tube."
3. Add 4 drops (Reagent Buffer B) (C) into the large container "Sample Tube" (D)
4. Swab the tonsils with the swab. Afterward, rotate the swab in the "Sample Tube" and let it stand for at least 1 minute, but not longer than 15 minutes.
5. Squeeze out all liquid from the sampling stick into the inside of the tube. Discard the sampling stick.
6. Add 3 drops into the test cassette (E) and start a timer. Read the test result after 5 minutes. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
